Cold Brew
Cold brewing extracts flavor slowly at low temperatures, resulting in a smooth, non-bitter tea that is especially refreshing in summer.
How It Works
Cold water slows down the extraction of caffeine and catechins, reducing bitterness while amino acids still dissolve fully, creating a naturally sweet and smooth taste.
Method
Add 1g of tea per 100ml of room-temperature or cold water. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours (or overnight). Green tea, white tea, and light oolongs yield the best results.
